Kitchen Stuff

There are times in the kitchen when measuring will suck. Measuring cups don't always do the job. I don't always want to do the math. I have some quick conversions that may help. If you have others, please share them with us.

• 3 tsp=1tbsp

• 2tbsp=1/8 cup

• 4tbsp=1/4 cup

• 5 tbsp + 1tsp=1/3 cup

• 2 cups=1 pint

• 4 cups=1 quart

• 4 quarts =1 gallon

• 16 cups=1 gallon

• 8 oz=1 cup

• 16 oz= 1 pint

• 64 oz=1/2 gallon

• 128 oz=1 gallon
